With a highly skilled workforce and years of experience in the latest technology in machine tooling and cad/cam, we serve the steel, automotive, paper mill and ship building industries, among others, offering in-house machining, welding & fabrication. We also provide  powder and specialty coatings, anodizing, and material testing.

We offer the customer  a complete "one stop shop".

We machine all types of material from plastics to super alloys such as Hastaloy and all metals in between. We are one of the few shops with the expertise to machine copper and its alloys. In fact, it has become one of our major avenues of machine work.

Smith's Precision Machine Works began in 2001 with one CNC and a Bridgeport mill in a 40 X 40' garage. Since that time we have grown into a full service machine facility within a 12,000 square foot building on a 6 acre campus inside the Bibb County Industrial Park.
